Mama Cass is a food truck serving Vietnamese sliders. It is inspired by founder Cass Pham Thacher's Asian heritage and her husband's love of hamburgers. The initial menu consists of three savory sliders, a dessert slider, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Thacher has also added a tofu slider to the menu.
The truck launched on September 2, 2011. The truck itself was purchased by Thacher in Arizona and was previously known as Larry's Chuckwagon.
