The dishes generally cost from $9-$12. Each ramen dish is a different type of noodle soup, with various types of meat, like pork or chicken, or vegetables, for vegetarians. Add-ons include whipped lardo, slow cooked egg, smoked gravy, and sardine skeleton. Hapa Ramen has also started selling charcuterie kits.
